ASioson Consulting LLC · Effective September 14, 2026 · Last updated September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ASioson Consulting LLC ("ASioson Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit asioson.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our consulting and conversational-voice services (together, the "Services").

Mobile information and text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for subcontractors who help us deliver the Services (such as our SMS delivery provider). See Section 4.

1. Who we are

ASioson Consulting LLC is a technology consulting firm located at 4119 Bayliner Ct., Stockton, CA 95206, United States. We help businesses migrate legacy interactive voice response (IVR) systems to AI-driven conversational voice agents. We are the "controller" or "business" responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

When we build or operate a voice agent on behalf of a client, we generally process caller information as a service provider under that client's instructions. In those cases the client's privacy policy governs, and requests about that data should be directed to the client.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, company, work email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number, when you submit the inquiry form, email us, or call us.
  • Inquiry content — the description of your current system and requirements that you send us.
  • Engagement information — billing contact, project requirements, and materials you share with us during a consulting engagement.
  • SMS opt-in — your choice to receive text messages from us, the date and time of that consent, and the phone number you provided (see Section 4).

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, requested pages, referring URL, and timestamps, collected by our hosting and content-delivery provider for security and operation of the Site.
  • Cookies — see Section 6. The Site does not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Information from voice services we operate

If you call a phone number we operate (for example, a demonstration line or a client pilot line), we may collect the calling number, call audio, transcripts, and the information you provide during the call, to the extent needed to complete your request. Where a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide, operate, and support the Services.
  • To send transactional communications such as appointment or callback reminders, payment confirmations, and links to call transcripts you have requested.
  • To manage engagements, invoicing, and our business relationship with you.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the Site and Services, including debugging and analytics on aggregated data.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

4. Mobile phone numbers and SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, ASioson Consulting LLC may send you transactional text messages related to services you have requested — for example, appointment and callback reminders, payment confirmations, and links to call transcripts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

  • How you opt in. You consent by checking the SMS consent box on the inquiry form at asioson.com/#contact and providing your mobile number, or by verbally agreeing during a call with us. Providing a mobile number is optional and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (209) 854-4025.
  • No sharing for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Service providers. We use a communications platform (currently Twilio Inc.) to transmit messages. That provider processes your number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and is prohibited from using it for its own purposes.

Full program terms are in the SMS / Text Messaging Terms section of our Terms & Conditions.
